HydroElite H2 VICI
Eliminating oil coolers and regenerating energy
HydroElite H2 VICI is a groundbreaking innovation from Hydroware that eliminates the need for oil coolers. Hydroware’s new technology completely makes away with bypass of oil and instead either burns of the energy generated during downward travel on either a brake resistor or stores it in supercapacitors. The energy that is stored in the supercapacitors can then be re-used for the next upwards travel with the lift.
Unlimited travels/hour with minimal heating of oil and regeneration of energy.

The first HydroElite H2 VICI installation now in operation marks a technological breakthrough for hydraulic lifts. The system significantly reduces energy consumption and eliminates the need for oil cooling. The installation was carried out as part of a modernisation project in Borås, in collaboration with RC Hiss.
We chose VICI because it represents the future of hydraulic lifts – unparallel energy-efficiency combined with reliability for high traffic applications. We’re proud to be the first to bring this innovation to life.

Benefits with HydroElite H2 VICI
Low energy consumption
Thanks to the direct-driven motor and regeneration, the energy demand is reduced both during up and down travel. As a result, VICI can deliver approximately 60% lower energy consumption during travel compared to the already energy efficient HydroElite VENI, and around 40% lower compared to the previous premier choice, HydroElite VIDI.
Eliminating oil coolers
Thanks to its efficient design, up to 80% energy savings can be achieved. With no by-pass of oil, built-in regenerative capabilities, and no need for an oil cooler, energy consumption is pushed to an absolute minimum.

Plug & Play – CANopen Lift
H2 is developed according to CANopen-LIFT standard allowing seamless communication between components following the specification. CANopen LIFT devices, components and wirings prepared for H2 can practically be viewed as plug and play installation.
Position Supervisor Unit
H2 includes the PSU H2 DILIGENS, a safe absolute positioning system with UCM and overspeed tripping functions. Activates electrical safety gears and replaces all safety-relevant limit switches and floor sensors – SIL3 compliant and certified according to EN81-20/50 PESSRAL.

HydroElite VICI is available in the H2 configuration. H2 is Hydroware’s latest control system and is designed for both HydroElite H2 and TractionElite H2. With H2, you have one supplier for all your projects, simple installation, and a future‑proof solution enabled by our IoT technologies.
